The subsoiler (chisel-type), also known as a soil breaker, is used to break up compacted soil layers deep beneath the surface without inverting the soil. Unlike traditional plows, it fractures the lower layers to improve aeration, water infiltration, and root development, especially in dry and dense soils.
General Information:
Purpose: Deep tillage and subsoil shattering
Working Principle: Breaks up compacted layers without turning the soil
Ideal for: Hard, compacted, or dry soils
Applications: Cereal crops, cotton, maize, sunflower, vegetables
